I joined FIT just over 2 years ago after my PT recommended it . I met with Jared who assessed my goals and strengths. They focus on good technique and safe lifting habits while pushing you to believe in yourself. Max is my primary coach. We work well together. He listens to my needs and my mountain biking challenges and goals . It feels like a big family that supports each other . I enjoy the confidence and empowerment I feel from gaining all over strength and balance . Meet Your Functional Integrated Discovery Coach

When you walk into FIT that first day, I know it can be intimidating so I want to provide a little “what to expect” right now.

I am your FIT Guide, Jared Markiewicz. Since 2012, I have helped individuals get a glimpse of the potential I see and attempt to paint a picture of the way their future is going to look (don’t worry, I am not using a magic 8 ball, that was WAY back in the 90s!)

We have worked with a diverse population over the years. We have found those that are successful have 3 things in common: 

1) Motivated to better themselves.

2) Willing to commit time in their busy schedules for training.

3) Understand that consistency is the key to success. 

If you fit those criteria, you will do awesome things at FIT!

Changing your long term health can be tough, but with the right coaching team, community and accountability that consistently help you towards your fitness goals - it becomes much easier.

If it's been a while since you've exercised, don't worry we've got you covered. We'll start you off slow while you get results fast! Our expert coaches will tailor the experience for your specific needs to ensure you get the best possible results!

What if I have an existing injury?

You're not alone! We've worked/helped with 100's of local residents who have existing injuries. We'll accommodate the program around you so you can still get amazing results.!
